We were contemplating adding on a garage and another bedroom and bathroom so the footings trench for that renovation has already been completed, but our plans changed and we are away more often than at home. Our elevation is 6436 so we have very mild summers and occasional snow in the winter, which melts off fairly quickly due to the fact that the property is south facing. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but only 20 minutes to groceries and other shopping. We are sad to leave, but ministry and other endeavors call us to the Phoenix area for an extended period so we feel it is time to let it go.
